This was a sympathetic restoration that kept many of the original features, including period ceilings and panelling. A high-end leisure complex including sauna, gym, steam room and swimming pool was added to an outbuilding, underpinning the beautiful original structure. We also equipped the residence with a full suite of smart home systems to automate and operate the lighting, heating, blinds and entertainment options throughout the property.

Ground source heat pumps were installed and, alongside the myriad of luxury touches, York Builder also upgraded the insulation, electrical and heating systems. Work was completed in 2018 and its owners now enjoy all the benefits of this fabulous high-finish residence.
