Ferry Lane is a high specification family home using Randers linear facing bricks and large amounts of zinc cladding. Multi levelled open plan living to the ground floor with 4 double bedrooms with ensuites and full house automation. It is one of the best homes we have built to date! Built on a site that had previously been home to an old bungalow that had been left unused and subject to numerous vandalism attempts, the site was cleared of all original structures and work commenced relocating the new building away from the old foot print and importantly out of direct risk of flooding from the nearby River Ouse.

Construction was completed a little over 1 year later whilst negotiating the COVID-19 outbreak, and the unprecedented material shortages that followed. The end result featured high levels of insulation, and high air tightness scores, with the whole house MVHR system all linked back to the full house automation systems. These control everything from lighting to heating, music systems to window blinds.
